We process and ship all Faura orders with care. Here's everything you need to know before and after you place your order.

Dispatch timeline

All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery timeline

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities generally receive orders faster. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges

Free delivery on all orders above ₹1,999.

Orders below ₹1,999 — flat shipping charge of ₹70.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India. A handling charge of ₹120 applies to all COD orders, regardless of order value. This charge is non-refundable in the event of a return.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link at your registered email address. Please allow a few hours after receiving the email for tracking details to activate on the courier's website.

Delays and exceptions

We ship from India and use third-party logistics partners. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier constraints, public holidays, or weather disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at care@faura.in and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Faura is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information. If you realise you've entered the wrong address, contact us at care@faura.in within 12 hours of placing your order.
