RETURN & REFUNDS

We want every Faura order to feel right. If something isn't, we'll make it right. Please read this policy carefully — it tells you exactly what to do and what to expect.

Return window

Returns must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us within this window — we cannot accept return requests raised after 3 days of the delivery date.

How to initiate a return

Email us atcare@faura.inor WhatsApp us at+91 99526 38656with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags intact
  • In original packaging
  • Reported within 3 days of delivery

Items not eligible for return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Return requests raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • The Woven Gift Box (non-returnable once shipped)

Size exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the item. Contact us at care@faura.in with your order number and the size you need.

Refund process

Once we receive and verify your returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Online payments (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) — refunded to your original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery — refunded via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details with us via email at care@faura.in when initiating the return

Pickup from your address typically takes 2–4 business days after your return is approved. We use third-party logistics partners for pickups — occasional delays may occur.

Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before they enter dispatch. To cancel, email care@faura.in or WhatsApp us immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — our return policy will apply instead.Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 24–48 business hours for unshipped orders, to your original payment method.

Discount codes and promotional orders

If your order was placed using a discount code or promotional offer, the discount will not be carried over to exchanges or refunds. Refunds will reflect the amount actually paid, not the original price.
